At RedBlack Software we train the trainer, meaning that we initially train one or two key “power users” within a customer’s organisation. This ensures that the power users are then skilled and confident enough to train other members of staff. We find this approach not only yields a high level of expertise in the organisation, but keeps our customers’ training costs to a minimum.
We tailor training to each individual customer’s requirements and organise it into modules to fit in with users’ availability. Training generally takes place on the customer’s premises following system installation and using the customer’s own data – either converted from an older system or created during the training programme. A few days are allowed between each training module to enable users to use and absorb the information they have learned.
We also provide refresher training for redeployed or new members of staff, as required.
